Thank you for your support of the Sixth Annual Woodburn Tulip Festival, March 20 to April 23, 2001. We hope you enjoyed your visit to Woodburn. And if you missed us this year, we hope you'll put Woodburn on your calendar for next year ... we're already busy planning events for the 2002 Tulip Festival!

In fact, new events are already on the calendar. As the 2002 season approaches, check back for news about the first-ever Woodburn Tulip Festival Parade, Funtastic carnivals, arts and crafts shows and more.

More than 100,000 people from all over Oregon and Washington joined us  us in welcoming Spring to the Willamette Valley as more than 40 acres of tulips come into bloom at the Wooden Shoe Bulb Company east of Woodburn. Yes, the weather was a little cold and rainy -- as spring in Oregon often is -- but the tulips didn't seem to mind.
