The Woodburn Independent is an award-winning newspaper published each Wednesday. The Woodburn Independent covers the cities of Woodburn, Hubbard, Gervais, St. Paul and Mt. Angel, and rural areas of north Marion County.
Since 1888, the Woodburn Independent has served the greater Woodburn area with local news coverage and advertising services. Our team of reporters strives to uphold that tradition by providing our readers with accurate, meaningful coverage of local news and issues.

- North Willamette News Classifieds, delivered every Tuesday night to more than 31,000 homes in north Marion and south Clackamas counties. Classified ads also appear on this website, click on the "classified" tab above and read them free. Updated each night after 5 p.m.
- Event programs, targeted special sections and more, including the Woodburn Tulip Festival Guide, North Marion Health Guide, Bauman Farms Fall Harvest Festival Program, and Who's Who Business and Services Directory.
- Woodburn Merchant, a direct mail magazine delivered to 11,800 homes in the greater Woodburn, Hubbard and Mount Angel areas the first week of each month.
