A chimney fire in a Woodburn home is the cause of at least $65,000 in damages

This home on Seneca Court in Woodburn narrowly escaped being engulfed in flames when the exterior of the chimney (center) caught fire early Friday morning. No one was injured.
Woodburn Fire District firefighters were able to extinguish an early morning fire in Woodburn Friday that started around the exterior of a two-story home’s chimney.
