The annual Distinguished Service Awards banquet was held Friday night at Woodburn Health Center. Recipients this year were Senior First Citizens Mariana and Joe Ruiz, Junior First Citizen Eric Morris, Bill Szabo (Special Award), Dalila Ortiz (Special Award) and the North Marion Auction Committee (Special Award), pictured with Jason Horton, past-president of the Woodburn Area Chamber of Commerce, which puts on the event.
