Aurora American Legion Auxiliary members visited second-grade classrooms at North Marion Primary School on March 12. All 156 second-graders at the school received American flags courtesy of Aurora American Legion Auxiliary, of which Koutny is the Americanism chairwoman. The flag stands (in photo) were made by a manufacturing class at North Marion High School.
AURORA — Aurora American Legion Auxiliary’s Americanism chairman Beverlee Koutny rounded up her unit and post members for the annual presentation of individual flags for the second-graders at North Marion Primary School on March 12.
