The Woodburn Police Department’s Tactical Services Unit brought five people out of a house at gunpoint on Friday, including this individual. Police snipers were also on the roof of the former A.W.A.R.E. Food Bank building. The raid was in partnership with the federal Drug Enforcement Agency.
WOODBURN — A law enforcement operation near downtown Woodburn led to a tense if brief standoff outside a house at the corner of First and Harrison streets on Friday afternoon.
