Sidewalk in front of mayor’s building remains blocked

Danger zone: The front of this unoccupied building on Grant Street leans outward, creating a potentially hazardous situation for pedestrians. As a result, the sidewalk has been blocked off for several months while the owner — Woodburn Mayor Kathy Figley — plans how to make repairs.
