Woodburn man taken into custody by K-9 Rudy due in court Jan. 15

WOODBURN — The next court date for a Woodburn man facing assault charges is Jan. 15 at 8:30 a.m. In the wee hours of the morning on New Year’s Day, Alfonso Felipe-Jacinto, 25, was apprehended by the Woodburn Police Department’s K-9, Rudy, after police responded to a report of a fight near 1274 N.
