The Estates’ parking lot is now blocked to those wanting to use the private lot as a shortcut to and from Country Club Road. However, some are raising concerns that the concrete barrier will also impede access for emergency vehicles, thereby slowing critical response times.
WOODBURN — Motorists who may have been planning to cut across The Estates parking lot on the sly once construction of the Interstate 5 interchange gets under way will have to rethink the idea.
