Three different groups to benefit from apple shooting, pumpkin drop

Bauman Farms will host a pumpkin drop, which will land in a pool full rubber duckies. The ducks can be purchased for $5 and the one that travels the farthest wins a gift basket from Bauman Farms. The proceeds will go to charity.

GERVAIS — Look in the sky: It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s … a pumpkin? At Bauman Farms, pumpkins don’t just grow, they fly, at least at the fourth annual Giant Pumpkin Drop Shootout that raises money for charity.
