Mario O. Paniagua and Adolfo Zarate Cabrera were arrested Sept. 5 on money laundering and racketeering charges after police raided Tienda Mexicana La Azteca on a tip that the store was reselling stolen goods. The store is owned by Paniagua.
WOODBURN — Two Woodburn men were arrested last week for reselling stolen goods at a downtown Woodburn shop.
