Suspects arraigned in McGovern slaying; next court date Nov. 27

SALEM — Two men arrested as suspects in the Sept. 18 slaying of Woodburn resident Michael Martin Meza McGovern were arraigned in Marion County Circuit Court in Salem on Oct.
