Two local teams fell in the OSAA rankings without even playing
a game.
The St. Paul
football team, which has been plagued with forfeits and cancellations this
season, dropped from first to fifth in the 1A rankings as winless Portland
Lutheran backed out of this upcoming game on Friday.
