Auction raises nearly $5,000 for WHS football program

Members of the Woodburn High School football team volunteered at third annual Community Auction and then watched as $4,800 was raised for much-needed equipment upgrades

The third annual Community Auction took place Saturday and members of the Woodburn High School football team were also on hand volunteering, and then stood and watched as $4,800 was raised for their program.
WOODBURN — The third annual Woodburn Proud/Woodburn Area Chamber of Commerce Community Auction took place Saturday and a group of high school football players stole the show.
