West Coast Bank, which has two locations in Woodburn, has merged with Tacoma, Wash.,-based Columbia Bank last week. The transaction will not have a significant impact on local bank patrons, and both branches in Woodburn will remain open.

industry, and bank customers in Woodburn will be on the forefront of the
