Jose Luis Hernandez-Mendez, of Woodburn, caused an accident Saturday after colliding his Ford Explorer (above) with a Dodge pickup. Hernandez-Mendez, who was treated for serious injuries, has been cited with DUII, among other charges.
A Woodburn man is facing several charges following a three-vehicle serious injury crash at the intersection of Highway 99E (Portland Road) and Chemawa Road north of Salem on Saturday night.
