Woodburn Aquatic Center lifeguard arrested on theft charge

A part-time lead lifeguard at the Woodburn Aquatic Center was arrested on Oct. 30 and charged theft. According to City Administrator Scott Derickson, Anatoly Kuzmin, 19, allegedly stole more than $1,000.
