Library summer program kicks off with June 1 performance

Singer/songwriter Cinda Tilgner will be on hand at the Woodburn Public Library on June 1.
On Friday, June 1 at 10:30 a.m., the Woodburn Public Library kicks off “Little Dreamers,” a summer activity program for children ages birth through 4 years with an interactive performance by singer/songwriter Cinda Tilgner.
