WOODBURN — Imagine rolling hills stretching across the horizon. That is what Woodburn’s Aesthetic Advisory Panel for the Interstate 5 Interchange Project wants motorists to envision two or three years from now as they roll through the newly rebuilt Woodburn interchange.
