Marion County threatened to displace residents if owner didn’t meet Sunday deadline to fix sewer issue

Marion County health officials nearly closed Belle Passi Estates because of a faulty septic tank on the property. The water supply to residents has been cut off but plans are being made to replace the aging tank.
WOODBURN — Residents at Belle Passi Estates did not have to leave their homes Monday after Marion County health officials threatened to close the park due to unsanitary conditions.
