The luminary bags?at the annual Woodburn Area Relay For Life event this year had to be moved from the Woodburn High School track to the bleachers, where they were lit with glow sticks instead of the traditional candles, because of rain.
WOODBURN — Friday and Saturday’s annual Relay For Life event in Woodburn turned out to be a success, despite the event starting out with rain, causing organizers to have to alter some plans.
