A half-mile stretch of Woodburn’s North Front Street has been in bad shape for several years, as this photo clearly shows. But relief is in sight: The city is finally planning to repave the neglected road this summer.
WOODBURN — Motorists who use North Front Street between Hubbard and Woodburn will no doubt be overjoyed to see road construction crews moving in to fix a long stretch of crumbling roadway later this summer.
