All three Fiesta princesses disqualified for code of conduct violations

WOODBURN — This year’s Fiesta Mexicana queen coronation ceremony has been canceled due to all three candidates — Elizabet Perez, Elizabeth Cabrera and Vanessa Montes — being disqualified for a variety code of conduct violations.
