Joe and Linda Dryden now have time to enjoy their yard and their West Highland terrier, Laddie, since Joe retired earlier this year from being Hubbard fire chief. The Drydens have been named the 2012 grand marshals of the Hubbard Hop Festival parade, in Joe’s first year of not being part of the grand marshal selection process.
After nearly 35 years of being instrumental in naming the Hubbard Hop Festival parade’s grand marshal, Joe Dryden, along with his wife, Linda, is now on the receiving end.
