Shannon and Randy Ernst have been volunteering at the St. Paul Rodeo for years, continuing a family tradition that started when Randy’s grandfather helped found the rodeo 76 years ago. The couple has run the Tack Room bar for 30 years, and the tradition continues:?Even their kids are now volunteer bartenders.
