The Woodburn Area Chamber of Commerce handed out awards Jan. 13 at its annual breakfast. Rick Puente received the Holy Flyin’ Heifer Award, which is given to a member who has taken on a leadership role outside his or her comfort zone.
WOODBURN — The Woodburn Area Chamber of Commerce held its annual breakfast Friday at Woodburn Health Center, honoring several businesses and members for their service to the community and the chamber.
