Mount Angel Mayor-elect Andrew Otte
MOUNT ANGEL — When the new year rolls around, Mount Angel will have a new mayor as well.
In November’s general election, Andrew Otte, who currently serves on the Mount Angel City Council, ran unopposed in his bid to take the place of Mayor Rick Schiedler.
