Dickens Carolers led people from the Settlemier House to the Downtown Plaza for the Mayor's Tree Lighting ceremony on Dec. 2.
Woodburn’s annual downtown Christmas tree lighting event was held Sunday night, featuring the music of the Dickens Carolers, who led a parade from the Settlemier House to the Downtown Plaza, where Mayor Kathy Figley led a countdown to the lighting of the Plaza’s Christmas tree.
