Alleged details emerge in Perez sex abuse case

WOODBURN — According to a Woodburn Police Department report that preceded the Aug. 13 arrest of Father Angel Perez, the victim in the case fled from Perez’s Woodburn residence as the priest — clad only in underwear — chased after him.
