The Kiwanis paper recycling container is now located in the Woodburn Independent parking lot, located on the corner of First and Lincoln streets. It formally sat at Woodburn Crossing Mall.

Anyone wishing to drop off unused newspapers or magazines can do so at the new location, the Woodburn Independent parking lot, 650 N.
