Anna Kamis, owner of Russian On The Go in Woodburn, prepares some pirozhki. The popular Russian entree includes dough, beans and various spices. Kamis said it can be baked or fried, but during Russian fasting, they are always baked.
WOODBURN — Anna Kamis wanted to bring a little bit of her kitchen to everyone in Woodburn. Kamis has lived in the Woodburn area her entire life and in January, fulfilled a lifelong dream of opening her own restaurant, Russian On The Go.
