City officials have been waiting to open Fifth Street because of the curing process of a newly-installed raised sidewalk.
WOODBURN — The opening of Fifth Street to Highway 214 is nearly complete.Contractors finished the first 400 feet of the north end of Fifth Street prior to Labor Day.
