An artist’s rendition of what the Highway 99E corridor through Woodburn could become if a visionary 20-year plan approved by the Woodburn City Council becomes a reality. This view is looking west at the intersection of 99E and Young Street. The welcoming arch is one of the many attractive features of the ambitious plan, which was unanimously approved by council members.
WOODBURN — Woodburn Economic and Development Services Director Jim Hendryx called it a “huge project” and he was not exaggerating.
