Hereford brought in to build city’s HR department

The city hires Mike Hereford out of Douglas County to be the first human resources director after eliminating assistant city administrator position

Mike Hereford started work as the city of Woodburn’s human resources director last week. He came to Woodburn after working for Douglas County for 18 months and is looking forward to building the city’s newly-formed HR?department from the ground up.
WOODBURN — The city of Woodburn recently completed its year-long search for a new human resources director with the hiring of Mike Hereford.
