Grand jury indicts Davis in Mount Angel murder

Timothy Davis was arrested in connection with killing his mother's boyfriend, Albert G. Hopkins last Friday.
MOUNT ANGEL — On Wednesday, the Marion County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Timothy D. Davis, 30, of Mount Angel, with alleged murder with a firearm and alleged assault in the second degree with a firearm.
