The city of Woodburn will not be making any major road repairs in the next 12 months after dedicating $4 million to the Interstate 5 interchange project. City officials say unless an uptick in construction happens, producing more system development charges, the roads will continue to get worse.
WOODBURN — While the economy continues to spiral downward, Woodburn’s streets continue to get worse. Expect that trend to continue for a long, long time.
