Thanks to an $118,000 grant from the Oregon Department of Transportation, the growing city will be able to update its transportation systems plan. Working with the Mid-Willamette Valley Council of Governments, Hubbard will prioritize projects designed to help the city navigate the changes expected to occur in its transportation network over the next 20 years.
HUBBARD — The city of Hubbard has begun the long process of updating its transportation system plan (TSP), a study that will provide a literal road map to transportation planning in Hubbard over the next decade and beyond.
