Judge sentences Turnidges to death

Bruce and Joshua Turnidge were sentenced to death Monday by Marion County Circuit Court Judge Tom Hart. Hart’s decision confirmed what the jury had already decided. The Turnidges become Oregon’s 35th and 36th members of Death Row.
SALEM — A judge upheld a jury-recommended death sentence this week for the father-son duo convicted of the Woodburn bank bombing.
