An 18-year-old woman was arrested for going on a graffiti spree Saturday morning. Ashley Acevedo was found Saturday by Woodburn police with fresh blue spray paint on her hands after several downtown buildings, Lincoln Street schools and a church were tagged.
WOODBURN — Woodburn police made an arrest Saturday after a downtown graffiti spree. Police responded to a reported disturbance that had occurred on East Lincoln Street and, when they arrived on scene, officers found Ashley Acevedo in the 1000 block of Park Avenue.
