Nine horses were seized from a Woodburn property Jan. 2 and three people were charged with nine counts of animal neglect. The horses were found to be malnourished and suffering from rain rot and other ailments. A veterinarian checked the animals over and said she believes they will make a full recovery.
WOODBURN — A veterinarian has said all the horses rescued from a Woodburn field last week are likely to survive.
