Two Woodburn men charged in connection with check forgery

SALEM — Police have found two Woodburn area men linked to check forgery.According to the Salem Police Department (SPD), officers arrested Joshua Carlos Resendez, 30, a transient known to frequent the Woodburn area, over the weekend.
