WeBSS students unearth bison skull believed to be 13,000 years old

Teacher says the purpose of the dig is to get students excited about paleontology

WOODBURN — While it’s been known for some time, a couple recent digs proved once again that Woodburn High School’s property along Mill Creek is a gold mine for paleontologists.
