Ethel Rulison was injured Friday when her 1998 Chevrolet S10 Blazer was struck by another vehicle while trying to turn onto Highway 99E.
HUBBARD -- An elderly Hubbard-area woman was critically injured Friday morning when her vehicle was struck as she tried to turn onto Highway 99E from her residential street.
