Woodburn looks to get high-speed rail stop

The state is looking at putting in a high-speed rail system between Portland and Eugene at a potential cost of $2.5 million per mile

WOODBURN — Woodburn could be on the list for a station stop in a proposed high-speed rail initiative unfolding in the coming years.
