Aquatic center to see major changes

Outside consultant says the pool has too many inefficiencies, lacks proper training and staff changes must happen in order to right the ship

A consultant hired by the city of Woodburn said in a report last week that massive changes need to take place at the Woodurn Aquatic Center, including staff changes.
WOODBURN — The Woodburn Aquatic Center will likely increase fees, lay off staff, see reduced swim space and restructure programs in the coming year.
