Bruce and Joshua Turnidge were sentenced to death Monday by Marion County Circuit Court Judge Tom Hart. Hart’s decision confirmed what the jury had already decided. The Turnidges become Oregon’s 35th and 36th members of Death Row.
SALEM — A jury found Joshua and Bruce Turnidge guilty of all charges against them Wednesday.In a packed courtroom, a jury returned a guilty verdict for each of the 18 counts against the men, including aggravated murder, attempted aggravated murder, assault in the first degree, conspiracy, and manufacturing a destructive device.
