Charlie Kirsch's food allergies are so severe they could kill him

Karen Kirsch, of Hubbard, along with her son Charlie, 5, will be taking part of the Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network’s annual walk in Portland on Aug. 28 in hopes of bringing about a clearer understanding of the issues surrounding food allergies.
HUBBARD — Five-year-old Charlie Kirsch’s food allergies are nothing to sneeze at.At 3 months old, Charlie was diagnosed with both eczema and food allergies so severe, he was restricted to only four kinds of foods.
