WSB rejects charter school application

Excelsior Prep board will appeal to the Oregon Department of Education

WOODBURN — Excelsior Prep proponents were dealt a blow Oct. 15 when the Woodburn School District Board of Directors unanimously voted to deny the middle/high school charter application for various reasons.
