New police bikes make patrolling safer

The Woodburn Police Department purchased three new Kawasaki motorcycles to replace the outdated and unsafe Harley-Davidson bikes

Woodburn police officer Mike Araiza said the new Kawasaki motorcycles purchased by the Woodburn Police Department are more efficient and much safer than the older Harley-Davidson bikes.
WOODBURN — The Woodburn Police Department has three shiny new additions to its traffic patrol fleet.The Kawasaki Concourse GTR 1400P motorcycles, purchased in July and delivered last month, are aimed at helping officers patrol more safely.
