The $5.5 million Woodburn downtown street renovation project is nearly complete.
WOODBURN — The city of Woodburn is nearing completion on the $5.5 million Front Street Project. Crews are finishing the last stages of the work, which has involved the repaving and beautification of roads in the downtown area this summer.
